The exhibition Volksaard revolved around the Flemish tradition of the ‘kermis’, fairs and carnivals. Inspiration for these drawings is the game ‘Kamelenrace’ (Camel race), a well-known gambling game played on fairs. This exhibition was part of Antwerp Art Weekend 2022.
